Sunday, October 2nd, Godly Play will meet at 9:45 am in Room 2. Miss Kelly will share the story of the Great Family.
Our Youth Class will meet from 6 to 7:30 pm in Room 6 (the first classroom on the north side of the bathrooms). We will continue our discussion of Genesis with the story of Cain and Abel (as requested). There are a couple Youth opportunities coming up in October:
Our High School Youth are invited to attend the PhLY (Phoenix Lutheran Youth) Lock In from Saturday, October 15, 4 pm to Sunday, October 16, 10 am at Esperonza Lutheran in Ahwatukee. Let me know if your high school student is interested so I can let the PhLY ministry team know to expect us. I will go along with any of our students who attend, although I may need to leave earlier on Sunday to handle responsibilities at our church.
Both Middle and High School Youth are invited to attend the Diocesan Lock In from Friday, October 21 to Saturday, October 22 in Tucson.
