The Diocesan Convention’s theme this year was “Becoming Beloved Community: Reconciled in Christ.” Several members of St. John’s traveled to the El Conquitador Resort in Tucson. From our clergy, Fr. Tim Yanni, Deacon Chuck Milhoan, Fr. Way and Mary Kathryn our Postulant, along with Tracy Hare our Senior Warden and Buz Isban our Junior Warden. Suzy Mortenson, is our treasurer as well as the treasurer for the Diocese. Our Delegates for this year were Rose Hartley, Mae Sinclair and Michelle Weaver. Philip McKindly (not pictured) and Renee’ Taylor were there as volunteers and Stacy Milhoan was in the Market Place with her Apparent Project table. Mae was nominated from the floor by Fr. Tim and elected to be on the Diocesan Standing committee.
