Kids Zone!

At St. John’s, your kids are welcome and encouraged to be themselves! Our Kids Zone is a place where kids can be kids, and they are encouraged to learn about worship at a level that is easy for them to understand. With the solid foundation they will build by sitting right up front, near where all the action is, they are certain to develop an appreciation for liturgical worship. There are two primary lessons we teach in the Kids Zone: God loves you, and so do we! Everything else is icing on the cake!

With Miss Julie and her team caring for your kids during our 10:15 a.m. intergenerational service, your children will have opportunities to learn prayers, songs, dances, and even some American Sign Language!

Miss Julie has over 10 years of experience in children’s ministry! She is a talented dance instructor and even a biblical scholar! She makes worship fun!

Do your kids need something to keep their hands busy? Our Kids Zone features coloring pages highlighting the lessons of the day, as well as soft toys, and even percussion instruments to use during the singing of hymns.

Your children are sacred children of God, and your children belong in our sacred worship space! Come visit our Kids Zone, each Sunday at 10:15 a.m.!
